Placement Request Alerts
Dear Colleague,
This is an online form to subscribe to an email alert system that will notify you of education providers seeking clinical placements. Please select all disciplines that your health service would like to be alerted about, noting that there is only one subscription per email. Multiple subscriptions within your organisation is possible, however, a different email will be required for each subscription (emails can be from the same organisation). Click 'Save' to subscribe. You will then be emailed a link, which you must click on to confirm your subscription.
When an education provider enters a 'request' for clinical placements in these disciplines, an email will be sent to alert you. It is then up to you to contact the education provider, should you be interested, and make the usual arrangements for the clinical placement.
N.B. If you are a university/education provider, this form is not for you.
